Shipping Policy
1. The goods ordered within the territory of Lithuania are delivered:
- by LP EXPRESS post machine system (delivery in 1-5 working days)
- by Omniva post machine system (delivery in 1-5 working days)
- by Omniva courier (delivery in 1-5 working days).
We send orders abroad by Lithuanian Post registered priority parcel. The delivery deadline depends on the terms applied by the country of destination and Lithuanian Post. Currently, goods are shipped only to European Union countries.
2. We commit to ship the goods within 2 working days after the payment confirmation. On some occasions, the delivery might be late during peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or unforeseen circumstances). You will receive an email with the status once the order is shipped.
3. The delivery services are provided by third parties. Therefore, Quted.com cannot be held responsible nor liable for the delay, loss of the ordered package, the other action or inaction, or any other event from the moment when the package was handed to the third parties providing delivery services.
4. Shipping fee in Lithuania:
- LP Express post machine system – 3 Eur
- Omniva post machine system – 3,5 Eur
- Omniva courier – 7 Eur.
Sale! Free shipping of orders over 35 EUR in Lithuania by any LP Express or Omniva post machine. To other delivery methods (Omniva courier) are subject to the usual fee.
The shipping fee to EU countries is 9 EUR. Buyer takes all responsibility for taxes and/or duty fees imposed by their country.

Return Policy
1. Please send all return/change inquiries to [email protected]
2. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a replacement.
3. If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, that’s no problem. You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition you received them in, and they must also be in the original packaging. When returning items, you must present a receipt.
4. After receiving the returned item and assessing its condition positively, we will refund the amount paid, excluding delivery cost, within 5 working days.
5. You must cover the expense of returning the goods.
6. In cases when the items are changed, and there is a price difference between the initial and final choice of products, you commit to paying the price difference by transferring money to the specified bank account, which we will send to you after receipt of the change request.
7. In cases when we have no items to exchange for the initial order, we will return your money, excluding delivery cost, within 5 working days.
8. Items sold on special offers or sales are non-returnable.
